REFLECTION

For this module, we only have two projects which is individual, and the primary software that we use was Revit. It was deeply mandatory for us to be introduced to this module as this semester is the beginning of the shift from manual to digital in executing our studio assignments. As during the semester break I did learn a bit about the basics of Revit, it was not too hard for me to do some basic parts of the assignments, however this module not only teaches us the basics but also some tips and tricks that I personally thought was really helpful as I did not learn that before. If we ever got lost or could not keep up during the offline class, slides and videos in how to do the assignment are always provided by our tutors, which really comes in handy. Another software we learnt was 3DS Max, it was definitely challenging for most of us to operate the software as we used to be "Enscape" users which automatically renders the building for us. But as all the tutorial videos are already provided, I just need to follow it thoroughly from the start to finish the given the assignment. Overall, I actually find this module fun and not stressful because it has so little workload and clear explanation in how to do the assignment.
